Feminism.
It refers to the theory and movement that advocates for expanding and strengthening women’s rights and subjectivity in various fields of society, opposing the long-standing male-centered ideology.
When I first learned about feminism, I thought of my mother.
Born as the second of seven siblings, she had to go straight to work after graduating high school, discriminated against because “What’s the use of a girl going to college in a poor family?”

On the other hand, all my uncles graduated from university, and when the issue of inheritance came up later, my old-fashioned maternal grandfather said that “women are outsiders once married” and would leave most of the property to the uncles.
Seeing that as a child, I thought my mother must have had a really hard time, and believed that movements like feminism could have positive aspects.
In modern society that emphasizes fairness and equality, how excellent a movement is it theoretically?
But communism and socialism didn’t fail for nothing.
There have been plenty of theoretically excellent ideologies.
However, they were too ideal… and overlooked human desires and selfishness.
And I think current feminism is like that too.
The theory is good.
Gender equality, what a nice phrase.
But when human desires and selfishness get involved, and various organizations and political forces add their vested interests, an ugly and dirty monster is born that can’t find any trace of the original good purpose.
This isn’t just about feminism.
The same goes for numerous charitable organizations, religious groups, public interest groups, and environmental organizations.
How many organizations created initially to help the unfortunate have been corrupted by human greed?
Embezzling collected donations, evading taxes, using them as they please.
